Invitational Education
Invitational Education (IE) was founded by American scholars William W. Purkey and Betty L. Siegel. The crux of its education is the belief that all people are capable, valuable and responsible. The realization of the potential of each member of the school depends on the inspiring educational atmosphere of the school. Therefore, the two scholars strongly advocate the deliberate creation of a culture based on care, trust, respect, and optimism in schools, so that students can arouse their awareness of self-respect in a loving and encouraging learning environment, and enable them to learn in various ways. Inner abilities are developed.
Through the concept of 5P, namely People, Places, Policies, Programs and Processes, the school comprehensively improves the quality of education and actively strengthens students' self-esteem and confidence. Let students advance academically and morally, unleash the unlimited potential of each student, and bring out the best in them.
